Barbershop singers are world class at locking chords, but we often struggle with swing.
We will introduce swing concepts using a few simple songs. We will sing in unison to feel the difference of even 8th notes and swung 8th notes.
If you have a particular song you wish to get some help on, we can workshop this as a class.

- Jazz performance practice of "&" energy
- Smoothing out the 8th note runs
- Using rests as a rhythmic element
