This course would offer insights about the importance of mindfully choosing repertoire based on the goals and abilities of the ensemble for which the repertoire is being chosen. Topics covered would include: Turning Over Your Repertoire to Build Your Audience and Enliven Your Singers; Building Your Quartet Repertoire From Scratch; Repertoire that Serves Multiple Purposes (Show Theme, Contest, Ensemble Growth); Maintaining Your Repertoire; Balancing Your Repertoire with Easy, Wheelhouse, and Challenging Charts; Sources of Repertoire; Obtaining and Maintaining Accurate Sheet Music and Learning Tracks
