This session will introduce key concepts and practical tools for leadership. Are you in a chapter or chorus role and have never been trained in leadership?  Have you been asked to take on a new role and are worried?   This course is for you. Leadership isn’t hard – it is just a skill to learn.  If you have learned to sing you can learn to lead.  This course distills 50 years of leading teams into a few basic concepts and some practical tips.  Help your chorus or chapter by becoming a better leader when you walk out the door.
